It's almost impossible to find graham crackers in Korea, I think.
This particular brand isn't as sweet as the ones I grew up with
(they're very plain, in fact) but they were delicious nonetheless and
I had to hurry up and write a review before I devoured them all.

A graham cracker is a very versatile cookie and a perfect canvas for culinary experimentation.

I enjoyed mine with peanut butter, sliced bananas/apples, and cinnamon.

Try yours dipped in maple syrup or some strong, fragrant honey.

Or with nutella.


Or make some homemade ganache. Just heat up some cream
in a bain-marie or microwave and pour over chopped chocolate.
Wait a few minutes and whisk until melted.

Enjoy it with a tall glass of ice cold milk...or some hot cocoa
... or a steaming cup of strong, black tea with just a splash of cream.

Also, I bet it'd be a fun rainy day activity to make "gingerbread" houses with the kids (if you have kids)
or by yourself...although that'd be kind of creepy and sad :)
